Irene Graziadei was our life model at Samstagsstricher for many years and she is likely to be the one person that I drew most out of all people. I’ve always loved her face, its fine contours and distinct nose, the wild curly hair. Living in Berlin, modeling for artists was her side job. She was really a musician, composing her own songs, playing solo electric guitar and singing with a beautiful dark voice. She moved back to Italy a few years ago. This is my tribute to her.
